Payroll

Our payroll services include the calculation and tracking of different payroll taxes from your employees’ wages. This will enable you to accurately issue the correct paycheck amount to your employees, track your various payroll tax liabilities, and pay your payroll taxes in a timely manner. We also prepare the required quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, both federal and state. At the end of the year, we can help you issue W2’s to your employees and the government. Vincent B. Ladinez has over 20 years of tax, business and accounting experiences. He has prepared thousands of personal and business tax returns; he has successfully represented clients before the IRS for tax audits; he has successfully removed bank levies, wage garnishment and tax liens; he has successfully negotiated and reduced tax debts; he has helped entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses.

His main goals are to proactively minimize your tax exposure, solve your tax problems, as well as help start and grow your business. He strives to offer fast, friendly, and personalized tax and accounting services. 

Inspired by his uncle, who owned a successful manufacturing business, he entered business school at The A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Riverside (UCR), where he received the Degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2000. There, he was exposed to a very diverse group of international students, who had a thirst for leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Prior to working for a public accounting firm in 2003, Vincent has had good amalgam of financial and accounting professional experiences. He had worked as an accountant for Los Angeles City’s Finance Department. He had worked as a financial research analyst for Thomas F. White & Company, Inc., a discount brokerage company. Shortly after, he had taken a job as a cost accountant and a logistics analyst at Daylight Transport, an LTL carrier company.

While an associate for various public accounting firms, he initially concentrated on taxation. He eventually carried the responsibility of business management for the firm’s certain closely held businesses. He then was assigned consulting capacity to clients and acted as interim controller as well as general external finance support to clients in a regular basis.

Currently, he is a proud owner of his own professional accounting firm. He truly loves his profession. He also enjoys being an officer of an e-commerce business.

Torrance’s economy is majorly supported by big companies, such as Honda, Exxon Mobil Refinery, Allied Signal Aerospace, and others. The ExxonMobil refinery in the north end of the Torrance is responsible for much of Southern California's gasoline supply. Torrance was originally part of the Tongva Native American homeland for thousands of years. In 1784 the Spanish land grant for Rancho San Pedro, in the upper Las Californias Province of New Spain and encompassing present day Torrance, was issued to Juan Jose Dominguez by King Carlos III—the Spanish Empire.vIt was later divided in 1846 with Governor Pío Pico granting Rancho de los Palos Verdes to José Loreto and Juan Capistrano Sepulveda, in the Alta California territory of independent Mexico.
